Perte WIFI apres mise en veille HP (Broadcom BCM43142)

Après avoir installé une Manjaro Xfce4 20.0.3 en mode non-free,
Sur un portable HP-Pavilion-Notebook, le réseau Lan et le wifi fonctionne bien.

sudo rfkill list all

Mais, lorsque j'active la mise en veille, au réveil du PC, impossible d'avoir le WIFI. il faut redémarrer le portable.
Après le retour de la mise en veille:

Curieux, car tout est actif.

Bonjour.
Essaye de redémarrer le service systemctl restart NetworkManager.service.
On pense à un souci avec systemd.

Après avoir redémarrer NetworkManager, aucun changement. pas de wifi.
